1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account on 911jl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a functioning email address. You must keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on 911jl. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be identified and merged or closed. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated on a duplicate account are subject to forfeiture.
Account Security

General Bonus Rules

Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be manipulated by 911jl or any player.
- Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be voided and the stake returned.

- In no event shall 911jl's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Closure
911jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

- Failure to complete required identity verification within the requested timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where 911jl closes an account for reasons unrelated to a player breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be refunded via the player's registered payment method.

12. Changes to These Terms
